It’s all go around here!

Busy as a...errr, Barbary macaque.

It’s been fantastic in the two and a half weeks since Darke Times and Other Stories hit the virtual shelves. I’m beginning to get reviews, and what’s most awesome is that they are ALL five star reviews! My thanks to all who have not only had the good judgement to buy my book, but to have taken the time to write wonderful, glowing reviews. It is so good to know that my work is being read, enjoyed and truly appreciated.

On the back of this, Ive had the good fortune to guest blog for the wonderful John F.D. Taff, a man who writes the most amazing horror stories, and if you’ve not read anything by him, you must remedy that immediately!

Next on the list for me is a guest blog on Royal Manaball, the blog of the author M.C. O’Neill, writer of the YA saga, The Ancients and the Angels. That will be appearing later this evening, mainly because he’s in Illinois and I’m in the UK. It’s a great, informative read, and you’ll definitely learn a few things about me that you didn’t already know.

After that, in a few weeks’ time, I’ll be revisiting the blog of Editor and author Colleen M. Albert at C.M. Albert Writes for a follow-up interview to the Q and A I had with her in March, so look out for that, won’t you?

And then there’s more writing to do, of course! My head is filled with lots of disturbing stuff at the moment, so you can expect some really dark fare from me in the future. Stay tuned, folks!

Colleen M. Albert

Colleen M. Albert, Author, Editor and fan of the method school of writing.

C.M. Albert is a stay at home mom and YA urban fantasy writer who secretly loves when her kids are in school so she can work on her novel, the first book in her Guardian trilogy, without guilt. Before leaving corporate America to follow her dreams of motherhood and a better work-life balance, Colleen worked for almost thirteen years as a Communications Manager for a Fortune 500 company, for the City of Charlotte as a Public Relations & Communications Manager, and as owner and chief editing nerd at The Grammar Babe (offering freelance editing services to authors and other businesses as time permits). She’s a closet Ruzzle addict and finds it no coincidence that she was born on All Saints’ Day.

Colleen has a blog, her Grammar Babe business website, and is active on Twitter, Facebook, and Google+.

Tomorrow we feature the author of Easter Bunny’s Apocalypse chapter 15, Rosalind Smith-Nazilli.

JLuis Licea

JLuis Licea

J. Luis is an aspiring writer who is currently working on an urban fantasy novel for young adults, The Empire’s Curse. He says that when he writes, his head expels out words and welcomes in new, bigger ideas. He loves the life of a writer and wishes he could have enough knowledge and resources to continue doing it, maybe, for the rest of his life.

He doesn’t just like writing. He also loves food, traveling, strange places, cookies, and chocolate. And everything else in this planet; he is a tree hugger. Loves, loves , loves nature!

I’m addicted to dark chocolate, but I’m afraid of the dark. I sometimes smile, I sometimes cry. But I always seem happy. Or maybe I’m just drunk. Don’t expect normal. I’m a writer. (Is that an excuse for my weirdness?)

JLuis is active on Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Goodreads and just about everywhere else you can think of!

Tomorrow’s featured author is Colleen M. Albert, writer of Easter Bunny’s Apocalypse chapter 14.
